For Staff Incentive Programme
Why They Approached Us?
We were approached by an international engineering company that provided engineering, technical, professional and construction services. They wanted us to help with their employee incentive programme which rewarded their staff for continued loyalty to the business and adhering to health and safety policies.
They wanted to embed their new programme with their staff, launch it, measure it and keep momentum. Lots of companies have told us it's easy to start a new programme but much harder to keep momentum and embed it into the companies culture.
They wanted us to manage this programme, dealing with concepts for selection, orders, suppliers, and fulfilment.
How We Helped
We consulted with the customer to confirm details about their incentive plan, the message they want to convey, their budget, and timeline to project commencement. We handpicked picked prizes available to be won. These prizes were suitable for age category and audience.
Our gifts and prizes are the valuable message from the employer that is delivered into the staffs hands. This shows staff this is a real programme which helps them build trust and build precious ambassadors. We have been doing this work for 25 years, lead by our CEO Louise Lonergan who has amazing hands on experience.
The plan provided to us by the customer consisted of several categories of prizes, all with different price points. We selected prizes based on the budget and guidelines given to us by the customer.
This was a yearly plan where we planned out monthly drop shipping to both company site and home addresses. Our team of professionals fulfilled these orders and delivered them to the desired locations.
Suggested Prize Categories
Best Crew of the Month - €100
This prize was awarded once a month to the crew with the best performance. Winners were chosen by the company's quality management team. Each member of the winning crew was entitled to a prize worth up to €100 and had a choice of the following prizes: Nike 21L Duffel bag, hammer muscle massage gun, Madison record player, mini projector, and Venturer voyager tablet.
Staying in the Green - €300
The staying in the green award was given to supervisors and engineers nominated by trade partners management. The winners were chosen based on their overall performance score. Some of the prizes awarded included: Lenovo Chromebook Flip 300E, Phillips 32" HD LED Smart TV, Apple Air Pod Pro, Samsung a8 Tablet X200 32gb, Full body pull up station, and Cecotec 2000W electric barbecue.
Best Quality Observations - €500
The prize for Best Quality Observations was a monthly prize that was awarded to only one member of staff. The recipient was chosen by the quality management team each month and was given a bundle worth up to €500. The bundle included the following prizes: Samsung a8 Tablet X200 32gb, Nike Departure roller bag, Lorus Watch.
CMT/GES Representatives Prize - €100
This prize was awarded to company supervisors and quality assurance leads and representatives from CMT and GES. This prize was awarded to any contractor that continuously achieves over 90%. They were awarded a hamper worth up to €100. Recipients had a choice of three hampers with varying contents.

Initial consultation to discuss project details including budget and range of gift choices. Customer service continues throughout order.
Product and quantities are selected along with branding options. These products are selected based on the customers budget and preferences. There was a range of products selected with prices ranging from 100-500 euro.
After orders all products are selected and approved by the customer they are ordered and put into production. All products and packages are are assembled by hand.
All of our team are GDPR certified and all info and data will be dealt with accordingly.
Our team keeps the customer updated on order status throughout the process. Are team are always available to help with any questions or problems relating to the project.
We take care of delivery for all products. We deliver directly to company offices or employees homes along with full delivery manifest.
